23/06/24 still works, just gotta try and land on a platform along the wall when you explode since the patch to prevent potions while falling makes it harder to get to the ground. stand so you're floating, use potion and just before the activation walk off. Count potion activation as 1 second. Made a rhythm in my head from as soon as i use it like 1,half,2,half(swing)

Just did as of the erdtree dlc drop today and still works. They tried patching it so you stop mid drink when dropping but what i did is walked as forward off the platform as o could go( basically standing on air ...no seriously just try it)...then just as your hand goes above your chest after you hit the drink button then walk forward...then time a greatsword r1 attack about 2 and a half seconds after...it will take a couple tries but it still works to my shock...haha devs try again..(took me almost 50 attempts before figuring it out fml)

6/14/24: can confirm it works. TIP: don't press the left stick at all after dropping. Failed 30+ times before trying to not press a direction while dropping and R1 at the right time. Got it on first try when I just pressed R1 at right time with no directional input. Hope this helps someone ✌️
